Electronic Refund Management (eRM) Terms of Service

I have been authorized by the provider/facility to view the requested NPIs.

I understand that this application will allow me to view any overpayment requests for the requested NPIs. These overpayment requests are in electronic format with the same data of what is received today by paper. I also have financial authorization to request and approve the issuance of refund checks and/or automated offsets from the provider's claim payment advice. Agreement and sign off also indicates that the on-line notification will be the primary notice of overpayments due HCSC and thereby waive mandated written notification requirements for overpayments. If at any point there are any NPIs I am not authorized to view, I will notify HCSC immediately.

I also understand that this application allows for the uploading and downloading of attachments. Although HCSC makes a reasonable effort to scan attachments for viruses and other forms of malicious software, when the attachments are accessed, HCSC may not be able to prevent all. HCSC makes no representations or warranties that any attachments that are uploaded or downloaded are free of any viruses or any other forms of malicious software and disclaims any and all such representations and warranties. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that any attachments which are uploaded or downloaded from this site are free from any viruses or any other forms of malicious software.
